Darshan Patel is an enterprise analytics consultant with over 9 years’ experience enabling digital transformation through analytics and operational intelligence technologies at large hi-tech and biotechnology organizations. Darshan has holistic experience in the industry from working on the manufacturing floor, to strategizing and communicating analytics program engagement models, data and analytics training models built on just in time adult learning principles, real-time manufacturing intelligence dashboards on factory floor and translating novel and complex future technology roadmaps to facilitate buy-in and ownership from cross functional IT and business executive leadership teams. Having worked with companies with grand digital ambitions but lacking institutional infrastructure (i.e. un-siloed data literacy, knowledge management capabilities, scalable analytics platforms or apt IT support, etc.), Darshan has firmly held the long-term and continuous advantages to be realized outweigh the initial high upfront resource tax to organizations required in change via digital systems and data management in biotech. With backgrounds in both process science/design/optimization and data analytics, Jarrod has sought to bridge the gap between strategic operational needs with modern data technologies. He has developed a number of custom analytic applications that improve decision making while reducing regulatory risk, with applications in Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain. Jarrod is currently co-developing the digital roadmap for a cell therapy biotech to improve their competitive advantage within the emerging space.

Hubert Sun is a data scientist consultant with over 7 years’ experience working with biotechnology companies. Hubert has end-to-end experience in the industry from working on the manufacturing floor to strategizing global supply chain with senior leadership teams. Having worked with companies that capture data on paper and electronically, Hubert has recognized the value of digital systems and data management in biotech. Hubert is currently establishing a foundation in data capture and analysis across multiple functional groups, including Supply Chain, in a cell therapy biotech.
