In the adaptive cell and gene therapy field, T cells are currently receiving a lot of focus and showing success in making it to the market – but natural killer (NK) cells are beginning to close this gap. In particular, CAR NK cells for cancer cell therapy offer a number of distinct advantages. But what benefits, and what challenges, do CAR NK cells pose?
