Watch the video or view the poster to:

  • understand the sequential implementation of RoboColumns, MiniChrom, and OPUS pre-packed columns in gene therapy manufacturing for efficient resin screening, process optimization, and scalability;
  • recognize the significant advantages of pre-packed columns, including reduced risk in manufacturing processes, cost savings, and enhanced facility efficiency by eliminating the need for column packing and qualification; and
  • explore the value of serotype specific and caustic stable affinity resins for the capture of AAV vectors.

Tim Schroeder is the Director of Product Management at Repligen, Waltham, MA, USA, responsible for the OPUS® portfolio of pre-packed chromatography columns for process development. Before this, Tim was Head of Production at Atoll GmbH and was involved in developing and producing chromatography columns. He graduated with a Degree in Dipl.-Ing. from FH Aachen—University of Applied Sciences Aachen, Germany, majoring in Biotechnology.
