Successful workflows for GMP-compliant cell manufacturing & analytics

Cell manufacturing for gene and cell therapy is at the forefront of biomedical research. In this webinar, we will discuss current challenges in the design GMP-compliant workflows focusing on cell manufacturing and analytics. We will give insights into key considerations in designing such workflows successfully.

Miltenyi Biotec supports GMP-compliant workflows with its cutting-edge technologies. Here, the MACSQuant® Tyto® Cell Sorter offers a unique GMP-compliant cell sorting workflow with consumables and reagents in MACS® GMP grade. Further, MACSQuant Analyzers are the ideal instrumentation for GMP-compliant flow cytometry analytics. A short introduction to these two instruments will be given by their respective product managers. After this, Harish Adoni will talk about his work at Elevatebio, a company focusing on the transformation of cell and gene therapies. He will explain the work done and what technical considerations are necessary for the design of a GMP-compliant cell manufacturing platform.

  • How to achieve GMP-compliant cell isolation using multiparameter cell sorting
  • How to standardize your IPC/QC using the MACSQuant Analyzer
